When someone is drowning, they want a skilled lifeguard who can recognize the danger and who has the skills to take the appropriate action. Good intentions are not enough. Trying to help without the skills and tools can be dangerous for you and those you want to help.

The skills and tools I want to equip you with are not generic tricks for quick behavior change, but something much deeper.

My approach is to first get to know you and deeply understand the challenges you are facing. From there, we will work together on a tailored approach to help care wisely and well for yourself and for those you are called to lead.
